Though I haven’t been good about writing about it, I have been good about keeping up my quest of a glass of Champagne A Day For A Year!
Apparently this is rosé week for me as I enjoyed the Graham Beck Brut Rosé for three days before switching to the Ruinart last night at Troquet. The Beck is a 58% Chardonnay, 42% Pinot Noir blend from South Africa! The nose is a little light for me but Beck is proving sparkling wine can be successful the world over.
The Ruinart, on the other hand, is a 55% Pinot Noir & 45% Chardonnay blend. The color is darker & featured fewer bubbles. Perhaps I’ll enjoy that one again tonight.
What’s in your glass?
